What we may consider (accomodation business):

  • Attachment £2M<£5M 
  • Design & construct attaching above £5M – building services, mechanical & electrical, non-structural refurbishment/interiors only
What we normally decline
  • Design & Construct (main contractors, civil/cladding/geotechnical/manufacturing roofing/structural)
  • Financial Institutions
  • Independent Financial Advisors (IFA’s)
  • Non UK domiciled businesses 
  • Non UK fees/turnover exceeds 20%+
  • Solicitors
