Proposal Forms
Victor Insurance will require completion of a proposal form, which will then be reviewed by the Underwriting team, prior to a quote being obtained. Relevant proposal forms can be found and downloaded below. Once completed, these should be sent to liability@victorinsurance.co.uk.
Contractors
This proposal form will be required for Building and Allied Trades, which includes the following trades:
- Plant hire and maintenance
- Plumbing
- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
- Electrical contractors
- Groundworks
- Flooring
- Fitters
- Property maintenance
- Landscape gardening
- Fencing contractors
Roofers & Scaffolders
This proposal form will be required for the following trades:
- Cladding Contractors
- Roof Slater/Tiling Contractor
- Roofing Services
- Scaffolding Erection
- Scaffolding Hire
Waste Skip Recycling
This proposal form will be required for the following trades:
- Recycling
- Scrap Disposal
- Scrap Metal Merchant
- Skip Hire
- Skip Maintenance
- Waste Disposal
- Waste Oil Disposal
- Waste Paper Merchants or Processors
- Waste Product Re-claimers
